Achari Chicken

Ingredients 

Chicken
Garlic
Salt
Haldi
Mirchi powder
Dhanya powder
Pepper
Methi powder
Soya sauce
Tomatoes sauce
Curd
Corianer

Method: Take a bowl put chicken,garlic paste, salt,haldhi, mirchi powder, dhanya powder,chicken,pepper,methi powder,soya sauce,tomatoes sauce,curd marinate the chicken well soak for half an hour.

Step Two: Take a kadia heat oil add the marinated chicken cook nicely for 15 mins next add mustard oil and cornflour on slow flame for some time sprinkle coriander.
