Bottle Gourd Bajji

Ingridents

Bottle gourd boiled
Boiled potato
Onion
Ajwain
Mirchi powder
Jeera powder
Garamsala
Flour
Oil
Coriander
Salt
Putnala powder


Method: Take a bowl add the boiled bottle gourd & potatoes next add chopped onions,ajwain,mirchi powder,jeera powder,garamasal, flour ,putnala powder,coriander salt add little water or curd mix well.

Step Two: Take a pan heat add some oil for deep fry quantity next take the mixture make as a wada shapes and fry tem in oil on the slow flame serve with mint chutney.
