Desreption
Grate the carrot and methi leaves separately  nice and boil it for some time keep a side and grind it well as a paste.
Preparation Method: Take a pan heat the oil add dry chillies, channa dal, mong dal,curry leaves ,mustard seeds littelof mirchi powder next add the carrot paste & methi leaves paste eventually add some salt and coconut powder squeeze juice serve it.
