Chicken Biryani

Ingredients
Saffron 1/4Grams
Salt To Taste
Red chili powder 3Teaspoons
chopped coriander 1Bunch
Rose Water optional 2Tablespoons
ginger garlic paste 4Tablespoons
Golden fried sliced onions 3/4Cup
Sliced onions 1Cup
oil 50Grams
biryani masala 4Tablespoons
black cumin seeds 1/2Teaspoons

Garam masala whole 4Teaspoons

Method:  Soak basmati rice in a very instrumentality for thirty min. Take a pan add oil, garam masalas, onions sliced, salt, ginger-garlic paste andnbsp;mix well let the onions become into slight golden color then add the chicken.Spread the chicken equally within the pan then add Biryani masala, inexperienced chillies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, juice, red chili powder, curd nbsp;andnbsp;close the pan with the lid and cook for ten min.Take a bowl add water to cook rice, let the water boil, then add very little oil, salt, zeera and soaked rice into it. Cook until the rice is finished up to ninetieth once it's done take away it and strain the rice.Now take away some chicken in another bowl then add rice, cooked onions, mint leaves, coriander leaves, saffron then add chicken, mint, coriander, saffron, onion cooked shut it with a lid.Now take bowl add all purpose flour build dough and seal the lid to avoid steam, cook in thenbsp;oven for twenty min.
