Dondakaya Masala

Ingredients

Dondakaya 
Tomatoes
Salt
Onion
Coriander
Haldi
Mirchi powder
Peanuts
Cashew nuts
Garlic
Coconut powder
Garamsala
Oil

Method: Boil dondakaya cut from two sides top and bottom ,make peanuts coconut & cashew nuts paste keep aside

Step Two: Take a pan add some oil next add onion, tomatoes,garlic , add the cashew nuts&peanuts coconut  paste mix well for some time then add mirchi powder ,haldi, next add the boiled dondakaya cook for some time add salt and garamsala cook for 15mins at last put chopped coriander serve it.
