Egg Masala

Ingredients

Eggs boiled
Tilli
Gasagasalu
Onion
Coconut
Oil
Coriander
Mint
Salt
Green chillies
Curry leaves
Garlic pieces
Jeera powder
Curd


Method: Take a pan add gasagasalu , tilli fry for some after that grind it and make a paste.

Step One: Take a pan add few table spoon of oil  add coconut ,coriander, mint,fry for sometime and remove it and make it paste.

Step Two: Heat pan add oil add all the ingredients onion, dry chilies, curry leaves, green chilies, garlic piece,salt add the paste which we have made earlier mix well cook for some time next add curd dhanya powder, jeera powder ,garam masala mix well cook on low flame after some time add water   then add eggs and salt cover with lid and cook for more 5 mins serve hot.
